Description
I crafted this bow for my server it is a custom artifact it uses sulfurousash as ammo and shoots firballs as it's graphics
it's pretty powerfull. scripted and tested Runuo 2 RC 2
To Install
Just download and stick both Pheonixbow.cs and BasePheonix.cs in your custom folder
no edits required.

I will test it in a few minutes, and I am running runUO 2.0 RC1 so I will let you know how it works on that version
