RunUO Update questions - RunUO

When there is a update for RunUO, are all the tested working scripts that people submitted in the new release? Are there worldfiles with NPC's, spawnpoints etc.. that can be downloaded so that I don't have to design a world from scratch. I like the idea of being able to download a complete ready to go world that's ready for exploration and roleplay. Like the Djervy worldfile for the Wolfpack Emulator. Djervy tries to follow the OSI version very closley. Which is awesome. Not that making your own world isn't any fun, it just takes a load of work and many many hours or days, weeks etc...
