Well me and Dian have built a custom map from scratch and had to make Dragon work with UO3D as well as UO2D. We know a great deal about mapmaking, so we might be able to help. Depends on what it is.

One of the staff members on my shard took a break from spawning to help someone out with making a new map. His name is Ryan too

and hes really good at making maps! (the one he made for our shard is great) if you'd like to contact him email him at RyanW420@hotmail.com . If you'd like his AIM or ICQ, message me.

Im unsure if he is busy or not with other things..
