can't download RunUO - RunUO

I goto download section
and cloick RunUO Bate 10
but It just comes up with a member login page
(but I already loggined)
so I just fill my username and password again
and it comes up with an server shutdown page
what i doing wrong?

Then the server hosting the dl or login has some temporar problems. Do as it says and try again later.
