Default Problem with 3d client:

The snow coastline, for some reason is being changed in the 3d client.

The only thing I can think of is some kind of alternate file that's being used soely for the 3d client. If anyone can help with this it would be most appreciate.

Looks like a client error

Either its your files, or its an error on OSI, or something like that :-)

Not alot of choices.

If you try to reinstall it and patch, and it still does that then its something we have no control over.

Yes, it seems to be a change in the 3d client. I am trying to find out which file is the cause of it, so to patch that instead of the harder longer route of re-doing the whole thing. All muls are pathed correctly and diff files are disabled, clean install.. etc. :/

Well yes.
Anyone that uses dragon to make a custom map will have this problem.

Have you double checked that you used the correct colour? Is water at -5 and land at 0?
My custom map doesn't have this problem. Silly question, but you did freeze right?

Ok, I stand corrected. Just logged in to mine with the 3D client, and at snow edge and desert I have a couple of spots that have turned to lava. It's fine on the straight edges, but whever there is a slight indent in the land, it creates a lava tile. Mine isn't as bad as yours, probably why I never noticed before. But yes, it looks weird *sighs* Ah well, I don't use the 3D client anyway. Makes it too laggy, so I always use 2D.
So sorry, but I can't help with your problem.

We are planning to re-write the dragon scripts so this problem won't be on newly made maps, but we still haven't figure out a fix for current custom maps.
