How do you creat your own shard? - RunUO

ok, I've made my own server, but I dont know how to make my own shard, and I dont know how to change items, like on a friends server, he gave me a 100 lrc bracelet...how do ya make that stuff?
Please help me out.

You need a flux capacitor and some duct tape...
