Im just wondering - RunUO

Ive noticed in the last few weeks that Ive been learning RunUO and C# that there are several tools and programs out there that could be helpful.
Im wondering if some people could let me know which they find most useful and if possible a run down on what each is for.

Tools such as
Razor, Pandora, WorldForge, Dragon, GMTool Etc

Razor is a tool for players.

Pandora's Box and GMTool are tools for shard staff.

WorldForge and Dragon are for making custom maps.
