Default Question about House Designer tool

Is it possible to scroll around the plot, I mean I made a massive plot to build a massive area I can only see half of the plot, any way to scroll ?

I mean scroll around the plot, I can only see one half of it as the other half is off the screen, If i max the screen res I can nearly see it all but still missing quite abit, so I want to scroll up, left , right, etc. Get me ? =)

Kind of...you can just walk around on it? I mean what you trying to do? Take a picture of the whole area?

I'm confused now, I mean the .NET program under downloads, I don't mean the ingame tool.
