OK! i thought this would be tight, if a player owns a house, and wants to own the land around it so he can put up a gate or what ever, i think there sould be some way to buy it.

Like you would page a GM and he would sell you so much land for what ever you wanted to charge. and you could ban people from it and lock stuff down. Much like a house! but you could have you house on the land you own.

But to own a house, you can just place it were ever, you do not need to own land.

Here is the problem, i suck at scripting! So i wanted to throw this out on the table for any one else that is looking for somthing a little harder to do! It would be great if some one could do this, because i dont think the dev team would put this one in =P!

This is really a great idea, though you are not the first to think of it ^^
I used to play on a sphere shard that had something similar to this I had a friend that played on it that owned a 1 million dollar house with no item limit and he could place stuff in his yard, which was an area enclosed by an iron fence, he even had a hot tub out in his yard. I'm not sure how they did this, I'm guessing the fences that were enclosed were actually another house. The price was 20k for each section of fence.

Back when I was playing on it, I couldn't even come close to 5k

yeah that sounds right, and no, you would not be able to place your house on outher players land. Think of it like real life....

Your asking for somebody to "help" you do it. You know who ever says he will help you will do all the work.

If you want help YOU must do the work and post YOUR questions at that point 1000+ users can help you do this project YOURSELF and not need any lame person who claims to know what he is talking about.
