Anyone have a guideline for me?? New to this. - RunUO

I would like to run my own server, and I did it a long time ago but it seems as if a lot has changed. I'm aware i have to install the RunUO beta 35 but do i need to also install other programs to run it, do i need to change any files, if someone could just do a brief list of what to do to set up a server real quick, that would be appreciated.. or if there is already a list then direct me to that post. thanks.
