Default New Map problem (statics)

I guess this is the right forum since it's not really RunUO-specific. I've created a new map. The first time I ran it, I immediatley saw that all the old OSI statics were still in place. The land was mine, but all the towns were the same.

No biggie, I thought, and went back to Dragon. After creating the map0.mul again, I ran DragonSP and chose to wipe all the statics when the option came up.

However, when I now try to log into my server (which boots without error), my client freezes up after character selection...

Any ideas? *EDIT*

Best option would have been to [unfreeze the map, then [wipe it...

Yeah, Phantom. There's a PDF document at http://www.ryandor.com/ in the Guides section that I followed line-for-line. The files were generated, as promised, but I'm freezing upon login none-the-less.

Alrighty... in case anyone is following this with the same frustrations.

DragonSP doesn't clear the statics in a way that the client seems to like.

ClearStatics seems to clear Statics0.mul just fine but doesn't create a proper Staidx0.mul to go with it.... so no go.

Let ya know about MulTool in a second.
