The Powerscrolls of Hiding Detecting Hiding and Snooping are not scripted?
if it is true, why?
or is a bug and you forgot it. (?)
can anyone answer to me?

this is true they are not scripted, RunUO is an OSI clone , OSI doesnt have these scrolls so RunUO doesnt either

they dont need these scrolls because at 100 you have a 100
% chance and thus far not needing to go any higher
