How is the new packet throttling controled? Is it adjustable? My friends on my server say the server seems to run slower for them now

If the client attempts to move faster than it should, RunUO throttles it to the correct speed.

I don't think that is in at this time.

The only reward system thats in is Vet Reward system, but I could be wrong.

Look at the constructable item generated list, that should tell you how to add it, if its in.

The young system isn't in, so I don't think it is.

That just seems strange they would do that but not the young system.

But I might ahve missed it, you tell me?

The constructable objects oversee anything in the change log, if you can't add it either, well its not marked to be constructable or its not in at all.

I can add it ingame by typeing add newplayerticket but I would like to know where and which file it is in.
