Skill gain in comparison to UOX.
I've been using UOX, UOX3, and UOXC for several years and I was wondering about the speed in which skills are gained in RunUO.
In UOX, the default speed in which skills were gained was rediculous. GM Hiding in 20 minutes, GM Resist in hours, etc.
My questions:
Are skill gains, and how easy/fast they come based on an economy-like system? (Where more people using the skill = harder to raise?) I know this was debated when I used to play retail UO Shards. (R.I.P.)
What are the default skill gains like on RunUO servers? Much the same as retail servers?
Are the skill gain algorithms easy to locate/manage? (For example, if I was to make a Siege-Perilous-esque ruleset.)
