How can I make my shard a no reg shard - RunUO

I would like for my players to be able to never have to worry about regs again. what would be the best way to do that? Anyone have a script that could help me I'm not good at scripting...

modify Spell.cs, its the class that has the code that checks if you have enough reg(s) or not.

Ok I found that file, but have no clue how to modify it. Any tips would be greately appreciated. I know I'm probably asking newbie questions. Sorry to be a pain....
