Greetings all.

My staff and I have only recently investigated the phenomenon that is RunUO. I must say (and I am the only one on my staff who can speak currently, as the rest are still weeping with elation.) that I feel like a part of me has died and gone to heaven.

I feel like I should initiate the black berret's and leaflets so we can let everyone know that Emu freedom does exist.

This is simply amazing. To fire up something with little trouble (thanks to the noob list posts

) and see that so many main features, as well as staple features from the original UO are actually functioning AND STABLE!

Well, I am honestly in awe.

Then I read through the seriously aggressive tool development for this engine and I again am speechless.

My thanks to those who have obviously worked so hard to develop this. My friends and I hope to make our homes here for the long term.

I beg to differ that I wept with elation... well, maybe for a short time. It is rather strange being re-exposed to C# after my high school did the private betas of .NET way back when. It is already coming back to me, though... and is much more intuitive than other unnamed emulators.

Oh.. and Blackette? A roleplayer? Whatever gave you that idea? grins
