i tried to dl the run uo tool from the utilitiues section in the downloads. the tool for running the server in the background. it came up invai link. just an fyi.

Most likely has to do with the temporary time warp on the web server.

actually its just a bad link.

Your going to have to use a third party tool to do what you want or just not use it.

I doubt the file will be fixed, wasn't used by very many people.
