for some reason I can't get the download page for Tool RunUO to work. Any clue if there is any other place to get it? Or if someone can send me it? Thanks

No, There is no other place to get it, as that would be against the lic agreement.

I doubt it will be put back, there are programs out there that will do the samething, or you can make one.

Windows Sniper.

I dont know if it works with XP, but it worked great back in the day on 98. Try www.download.com, and gl.
