Where do i get the .net framework, i cant seem to get runuo 36 to work, it says the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

im new at this, juss today

, n e 1 know why my shard, no 1 can get on it? "Icings" thats shard name, It goes to Verifying Accnt for players then doesnt go n e further

there are lots of reasons and not knowing what your setup is we cant help you .
