Searching for Spawn Information - RunUO

I am looking for any information pertaining to the spawns of monsters for Ilshenar/Malas/Lost Lands

I have spawned Trammel but cannot find any useful information on the Internet regarding these other lands. I have never played regular UO so I have no experience with what should be there, and I dont trust myself yet to spawning.

Does anyone have any information pertaining to what should be in these areas?
