From what I remember, each connection uses up about 3-4KBps. So if you have 800kbps/800kbps, that translates into 100KBps/100KBps so you should be able to host a solid 25 people at one time. You might run into some issues since you are based on wireless broadband if the latency is high. I don't know about wireless broadband but satellite broadband was notorious for this problem. It would seem laggy just because of the time it took to transfer the packets. The best thing to do is try it out and see how many people can connect without getting laggy.
