I tried to submit a script to the script submission area and am wondering if there is a problem, it wont let me, says bad link, i have a few more to add if i could

Same here, same problem. I SERIOUSLY hope that we won't have to PAY to submit our scripts... that would really tick me off.
I have people sending me messages requesting the scripts that I have submitted.
Soon to be seen: RunUO SHAREWARE.
Let's use this money that people are sending to fix these bad links. Show us that the money is used to "keep things running and efficient".
Sure, I'll donate, but if I keep getting these bad links, I am going to wonder if the money is going into a sack of weed instead of forum upkeep.

All RunUO developers have put many hours into developing the software you evidently take for granted. You have absolutely NO RIGHT to mouth off at them because "OMG THE SCRIPT SUBMISSIONS ARE BROKEN".

SHUT THE FUCK UP. I HATE YOU. GO WRITE YOUR OWN EMULATOR. DO DONATE, DON'T DONATE, THAT'S UP TO YOU.

Just DON'T behave like you employ the devs to do what they do.

To summarize:

• You are a grade A dickhead
• The developers have NO obligation to do as you say. Who are you to tell them what to do?
• Ryan uses donations to pay for the EXTREMELY LARGE bandwidth bills of this website. You are right now costing him money.
• THAT is where donations go. Straight back to fund this community.
• Die in a fire
