Looking for help - RunUO

I would like to play UO AOS on my lan with my friends... i have no time to decorate a world or spawn monsters.. i would like only to play...

Is there any Shard Server (RunOU or other) with a populated world?
I searched around the net and i have found many server software, but not a decent world to play with.

Can anyone help me?

Try Script Submissions, several commands that will spawn dungs and the towns for you.
