World decoration and btw :) - RunUO

In the beggining i start the shard on runuo beta36 and take bobsmart world file. After migration to runuo1.0rc0 i noticed many new files in data\decorations. I plan to remove some of files from there leaving *.cfg only for undecorated regions and run [decorate.

Is it safe ?

I mean is [decorate will remove any previous things or never do this or only delete if it would be conflict in coordinates ?

Btw,
please point to the topic in the forum or tell about main props of champion spawn, and how to configure champion spawn to make them OSI-like.
