Question Archeronne's Involvement in RunUO Scandal

I'm a veteran Archeronne player, and I'm very angry about this massive violation of intellectual property rights. Gwanus, one of the admins and the owner of the server, has been screwing players for quite some time. however, I play on his server because I can't find any other AoS shards that don't have neon items, etc. But no more. I will gladly forfeit my high-level smith, leaving forever, and encourage the rest of my guild to support Ryan as well. I know that a lot of the people on Archeronne are "digital-rights PKs" and they don't care about the server software, but there are a lot of decent players who would be very willing to boycott Archeronne and vote against it.

So I would be very appreciative if anyone could point me at an OSI clone AoS shard.

And Ryan, here's an idea (it's kinda sick, but don't delete my post please): Every time you kill a terrorist over there, give yourself fame and reputation points:

If terrorist is:
Carrying explosives Fame +250 Reputation +200
Carrying an automatic weapon Fame +100 Reputation +75
Barricaded Fame +100 Reputation +100
Alive for 5 minutes+ from start of conflict Fame +500 Reputation +200
In the deck of most wanted Fame +1000 Reputation +2000

And give us a running total of kills to date. Those 8@5+@rd terrorists have it coming.

Ýeah, I just noticed he must have read year-old posts.

Anyway, it's still sick. There has yet to be a war, where the terrorists/evil fuckers/murderers get punished/killed/caught. Usually the peasants/workers/children/women are killed/made homeless.

And awarding killing of people is the sickest thing ever. Ok, with one exception. Killing people at all must be the sickest thing.

Don't give too much detail to the basis of your post.

People playing an AOS shard are getting scammed (out of their free time) without knowing it... so running the shard makes you the best griefer ever.

OSI is still #1

Its the truth

You should not talk about stuff you don't know about.

He screwed somebody I know all to well.

I am not going to tell you who, because I don't think its important.

...And he claimed that he had a 'staff of professional coders'

...And he claimed that he 'drove race cars for a living'

...And he claimed that 'he invented the internet'

...no wait that was Al Gore

Anyway it's not like anybody gives a rats ass anymore anyway.....

He was given a deadline to 'put up or shutup' and couldn't produce so then he simply 'went away'.

yes. We are all aware that they are a bunch of scumbags. Honestly, do we need to create a thread on this subject again?
