Somebody lag our server. Help! - RunUO

Is there a way to lag a server with runuo?

Im asking because our server, some times, without any reason, no matter how much players are there, begins to lag. One guy praises that he is doing this.

So please help or point where to search.

Note that our server doesnot lag because ot custom scripts, im sure 100%. We doesnot have many players and the server before that time never lag so much at every evening.

No there is no way to "lag" a server.

Either your server is not powerful enough to handle your current stats or your using Beta 36 which as a known and fixed bug with Line of Sight.

You MUST USE RC0!!!

Nope I dont use b36, I am using RC0. The guy said that he using a program, some kind flood with packets or something. Is this posible?
And if it is - how can we stop this?

Works very well I find. Only problem is, he can still send packets.
