Default RunUO Beta 14 Released (changelog)

RunUO beta 14 released, avalible in the files section.

Changelog:
[list][*]Added Protection spell (uses a hashtable rather than adding a property to Mobile, good example for scripters) [*]Added Arch Protection spell [*]Added polymorph spell & easily customizable gump. [*]Fixed warAxe is no longer WeaponType.Axe, it's now Bashing.[*]Spawners no longer count tamed animals. [*]Game Masters can now get and put items into player's backpacks. [*]Counselors no longer have access to [move[*]Many fixes from Triple H's bug list. including such classic oldies as: BladeSpirits and EVs. - None: All particle effects are sent as regular effect packets. Lowest bandwidth/memory consumption, but UO:TD clients will not see any effects[*]Message displayed when entering a house you've been banned from changed to: "You may not enter."
"Welcome back to the house, friend." is no longer displayed when you enter your house, it is displayed when you use your house sign[*]Added Incognito spell[*]Paralyzing blows on spears are now 2.0 seconds in duration[/list:u]

Fast and good!

Nice polymorph menu, fast and easy to use (not like others emus, that was a hell to select your poly).

All spells have particles effects scripted (both in precast moves and on spells itself), and looks excellent! :P
