Default weak monsters

noticing that the monsters are really weak. i mean, a starting base character can go fight a skeleton with no clothes on, and he won't even get touched.

what kind of basis was used for the development of the mobile stats? all the creatures seem much weaker.

i remember when i used to play on OSI, my base chars would get handed to by a dog.

have you played osi lately?

I could make a character in 3 days that can kill a balron. Thats just how it is now.

So the values are correct, since they are set to OSI's values (close as possible)

3 days seem abit slow lol you could gm most fighting skills with in a
day plus get 100 str 100 dex 25 int in about 1 hour or what ever you
want your stats at

They changed stat gains with pub16 though, max 1 per 30 minutes and 6 per day

basicaly OSI probley will sell anything to get money now...

like the advantced chars and everything bah how sad is that.


Plus they changed the skills so its acualy harder to gain in skills...

but healing I seem to gain healing pretty good now compared to last time.

actually that would be nice sit back on your own beach
with a fishing pole watching ships go by if they make land fall
banning them off the island lol
hmmmm to bad they let the gold problem get to far out of control in OSI

Well most monsters in RunUO are much tougher than you think. For instance the AI is much smarter and a balron or dragon will teleport next to you and deal out a blow. If a tougher challenge is what your looking for then go to Hythloth and see how you fair against a blood elemental or something of the sort.

well i had a gm tamer when i was on if things were a bit to tough
i just bring him with a few pets and those nasties were never set up
for single player killing they were made for group killing

Bastards.

I have that on my sphere shard. Made buyable islands with house functions sign and all last march. Islands come as placeable deeds. Players need a gm to help them place on water though. Have to iron that one out some day. Added them to my multi.mul and at the time thought what a neat "ORIGINAL" idea. Guess I was not the only one to think of it.
