I need help getting WorldBuilder to work on my cpu

There is a topic posted about this atm. All you do is click on the link. Save the file to any folder you wish. Unzip the file (extract all files into a folder) then click on the run icon for the program you wish. It hepls if you tell what the problem is tho

when i 2x click on exe, it says Error: Class not registered
