I cant even run runuo program

followed all the directions and everything

i get this message.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000005). Click OK to terminate the application

Have you installed the .NetFramework? Check the download section.

What OS and what version of the framework?

1.0 with the Service Pach?

or 1.1 Beta?
