where do i find them?

Inside the docs folder which is located in your runuo folder in a file called commands.html or by typing [help in game.

Suggestion:
Don't take this the wrong way, but this question gets asked at least once per week if not more, you might want to try searching next time before posting. Most general starting questions have been asked and answerd 100 times over they are out there for anyone who wishes to search.

ya i spoted the say help bit but sume things dont seem to work

like:
setallskills

i set 1 skill but i cant type every skill in it take ages

and isnt there a commant to spwan monsters n animals?

examples:

If your looking for a premade world the only one avaiable is nerun's in the script submission forum.
