Problems with Ilshenar - RunUO

Hiyas, I was wondering in the facet of Ilshenar is there a possible way to change that you can cast all spells there, (like Mark.) Also if you could change it so players can kill each other. thanks!

I can tell you have not even tried to figure it out. Till you show me you have actually tried to find what you have to edit, I am not going to give you anymore advice.

sorry I was looking for MapRules in the runuo/scripts/misc I was looking threw them after you replide for the first time I went threw them again it was MapDefinitions. And yes, I did try to do anything before i asked for help again, even in game commands. although i changed it and i still cannot cast the spell "Mark" any help in this would be great

(F.Y.I. I restarted the server too)

When i changed the MapDefintions then when i started up the server it came up like this.

Scripts: Compiling C# scripts...done (0 errors, 0 warnings)
Scripts: Compiling VB.net scripts...no files found.
Scripts: Verifying...done (1544 items, 403 mobiles)
World: Loading...An error was encountered while loading a saved object
- Type: Server.Multis.SmallShop
- Serial: 0x4001A96C
Delete the object? (y/n)

I have no idea what to do here.
