Default [HELP]How can I build a RunUO shared?

I'v already downloaded a zip file which named RunUO beta 15 from this website. But I cannot use it, because I cannot find a file such as "setup.exe" or "install.exe". In the zip file, the only exe file I can see is "runuo.exe", and when I double clicked on it, it said "The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.". What can I do? Thx

1:download net.framework from download extra section of the site
2:download the beta 15 of runuo
3:install net.framework
4:instal uo
5:make all the necessary updates
6:make a change in login.cfg in your uo main folder[i don't rember the ip :?
7:run your runuo programm and the minimize it and run uo.
8:The first account you create get admines privilege so be careful to what you choose.runuo has an autocreation system account but it can also change to manual if you want thats all from me

Humm, I thought you also had to use a client that removes encryption, such as gateway or uorice, I could be wrong, but I use gateway.

Wouldnt that also change your original osi account login.
Of course if you dont play OSI, then that wouldnt matter.
