Default Professional Style Host looking for deticated Administrators

Hi,

Basicly what im looking for is hard core Administrators who would love too get their shard online on a medium end server line. In the past I have run my own shards with Sphere. These days I have no time too put into deving a shard so I am looking for help.

Basicly your job will entail everything from staffing too the infrastructure of the shard. Only seasoned Admins apply.

My job is too make sure the server is online and running smoothly... The line you will be on is an Buss. High speed ADSL line located in Alberta, Canada. The upload speeds are stable around 7/10th of a MB/Sec with download speeds stable at 3 MB/Sec. You shard will be located on one of three servers. This is depending on what the shard will need for hardware.

I would prefer that this be an RPG server due too the more mature player base but all may apply. Send your application into

Phantom, i'm saying this in a friendly way.

The way he has written it, makes it look like he has dislexia, and for a person who also has this problem, i for one don't like it when people find it funny to correct people in public. If you notice a error, then BOTHER to MAIL or PM his about his error, but this public correction of a person is nothing more then harasment. Nothing friendly to it.

Like i said, there are better ways to inform a person when he write's a error, but you way is not acceptable!

ArconX - please note that I believe Phantom was trying to correct him in a polite way - hence he said 'not to make fun of your spelling'.

Just because you may find something offensive does not mean everybody else will, (although now, if I do feel the need to correct you, I will indeed send you a private message, if at all) but thanks for the advice.

Also, please note that most people using the internet and having typing errors do not have dislexia, but are kids who just never bothered (or never had the oppertunity) to learn how.

I understand you may find it frustrating - but osmething I personally find frustrating is when people speak on behalf of me without my permission, and put words into my mouth.

Why not let him speak for himself?

I was trying to help people not think badly of him. When somebody says they are willing to do something professional they should try to make sure they spell the word correct in the lang they posted in. Now I notice he was from Canada which might mean he knows French which might explain the way he spelled it. He could have course just be a kid who doesn't know how to spell it, or even an adult who didn't do a spell check.

I felt that since I wasn't being rude or wasn't really saying anything badly about him that I could post a public message. The only time I have problems when people correct me is when they put they own views or thoughts into the post, I simply said he might want to spell it correctly.

Here this now, last time I will bother trying to help somebody in this matter. Some people really need to learn to shut the heck up if it has nothing to do with them. I WAS BEING NICE!

ArconX I will NEVER help you I don't like smart ass know it alls' unless they post worth while crap.

I noticed I spelled "real" wrong

I would be interested, but I prefer to host myself.
I've had too many bad experiances with renegade hosts taking over.
