UseUO go's Open Source - RunUO

OK its been a long time coming but I think for the best intrest of developement efforts and end users alike it was time to open source UseUO, this DOES NOT mean I will stop devopement of UseUO infact quite the oppsite, now hopefully I will have some help from other tool developers intrested in helping the RunUO community by making the best GM/Admin tool availble. The CVS respitory is hosted with sourceforge's services but the website and forums will stay here at home with runuo.com

Great... this should benefit UseUO. I don't personally use GM/Admin tools but I know many a people who do.
