Questions about npc commands and monsters AI.. - RunUO

Why I cant use any NPC commands like:
hire
come
kill
attack
and others...

And all summoned mosters very dummy

Please tell me about it if you know when it will be.

come, kill, and attack were in last time I played

make sure you do it as OSI does "theirname kill" or "all kill"

Hire is not in Beta 15 which might be why it won't work.

most of the commands work, only other one is transfer.
