6th Slot

Osi has opened a 6th slot and i would like to have this slot in my shard but it's not possible to change it because it is in the core.
Can a DEV tell me if the next release of runuo will have this slot and when the next runuo version will be release.

No and No. They are still adding features, and there is no release date. As it stands RIGHT NOW, RC1 does not support the 6th character slot. This may, of course, change.

Why doesn't they put the 6th slot before the release? I think that it isn't so difficult.

They can do this 6th slot in five minutes, and the 6th slot is very important, i play on a runuo shard and i am in the mood of creating a new characther.

Please DEVS, work on this slot as fast as you can and i know that you are fast.

They will add it when they have the time, its not an important feature.

So you know its not a 5 minute job, I suspect they will want to make the class that handles that code outside of the core ( since it requires it to be changed, something that has not been needed most likely in 10 months ).

So you might think its 5 minutes but most likely its like hours, considering they have to figure out all the changes it requires. Thus its not supported at this time, plus whats a few months for something 90% of the poeple won't know about on your shard?

How do you know it can be done in 5 minutes? Have YOU written an emu that does what RunUO does? Have YOU added 6th character support?

The list of items currently in RC1 and the list of things coming is quite long. They're not so simple, and they are time consuming. And they are, in a lot of ways, more important.


It's not in yet. It may not be in until RC2. If the devs want it in, it will be in. Otherwise, you will have to wait.
