Im curious - RunUO

There are several items allready in the core that arent used except by NPCs or possibly were meant to be used in future releases of UO or were just never used for example the Amazon armor ninja pants jester shoes Winged helm and the scaled shield .... How would one go about making these items useable even if you had to use different animations for them for the time being when they are equipped....
