A little question - RunUO

I have a little question... Alphabit, admin of www.uodreams.it, one of the biggest runuo shards, will probabilly (well it's not 100% confirmed) turn his service in a paid one.. everyone has to pay 5-10€ per year to play.. However, i think this is illegal.. He wants to make money using your software..

If it is not required to play, but only to get extra features, there's nothing wrong with that.

*WE* cannot make someone let their shard be free/pay. Our software is free.

However, OSI has been known to shut down pay-public shards in the past. Their software is not free. (Client files, maps, sounds, music, animations, etc)

UODreams wouldn't get into any trouble here (Though the player base would likely fall off), but OSI may be a different story.
