Default AOS Custom Housing : Is it in RunUO 21 or not?

Alright, I know about 8 million people have asked if and/or how the AOS custom housing is accessible, and most of the replies either say "when it's done" (dated weeks ago) or "do a search." To which, I'm greeted with more of the same.

Is the custom housing able to be activated in RunUO 21 or not? If so, how?

Thanks!

Dang it, that's one of the main reasons I downloaded RunUO...and the housebuilder tool (latest version) is asking for a .net version OLDER than mine! ARGH!

Hmm, at least I can run around placing castles in the middle of the woods.

We've done preliminary work on the ingame house designer for the next version.

@reno:

You can install the older .net framework version.

They can run at the same time. It will use the needed one.

Well, I'm having fun so far running around and filling out some places, but have run into a few quirks.

Multilevel areas (like the Yew Crypts) don't handle spawns right, if I want em on the top floor, they spawn on the bottom floor...randomly.

I'm guessing hireables and escorts are a scripted feature, right?

And whenever a normal player logs into the server, there are constant alerts in runuo something to the effect of "too fast detected!" or something like that, and the player kinda judders around when he's running.

But other than that, MUCH better than UOX3 was back in the old days.

Oh, BTW, the error message in HouseBuilder is ".net version 1.0382 not found!" or something like that.

Turn off Third Dawn fastwalk detection.

Tell your players to stop speed hacking, it can be wrong.
