dungeon keeper idea for ultima online

I'm planning on making the famous dungeon keeper on ultima, its a great game and because DK3 isn't coming i tought like: yeah why not make dungeon keeper on uo

i'm not verry good with scripts but i have some experience with it. Any help, ideas or something could be helpfull
the things i'm planning on making is a wall wich u can cut down with some kind of axe(i'm calling it "imp axe") and then it turns into some floor tile and then with some tool u can turn it to ur side like for instance color red if ur on the red team. then u can make a lair and such and if u have like 6 lairs u will gain some kind of beast, u can collect gold from "gold stones" etc... like in dungeon keeper. I gott a lott to make and I'm wondering if someone knows dungeon keeper and may be interested in making it on ultima? anyway the game rox and I'm just a desperate dungeon keeper fan that I'm creating it on ultima.
