Toll Gate/Teleporters... - RunUO

I have looked through just about every moongate and teleporter system I can find and can't seem to find something I'd imagine would be fairly simple to setup and would probably have a decent demand around here. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a system of moongate or such that will transport a player for a fee or toll of either gold or some other item?
