Default Custom Maps...

Hi there... I'm looking for a bit of advice and help really, I know this forum is not supposed to be for support, but I'm at a total loss.

So for those of you who use custom maps on your shard, did you run into problems with parts of the old map still being there? As it stands I'm trying out the map i've just finished, and to my suprise, right there on the map is Haven and some ocean cutting right into the land masses I've created....

Any ideas on how to solve this?
Thanks!
