should i spawn elven vendors in heartwood? or in the sanctuary? i checked on stratics and it said it wasnt inhabited by nething....hmm, i was jw if ne of you guys spawned elves there?

I don't keep abreast of OSI going-ons, but I had elven vendors in HW when I had it spawned up. I'd suggest if you're following OSI, if stratics says not to, it's usually pretty accurate. Otherwise, I'd say go ahead

*EDIT* Totally mised Sanc hehe. I believe Sanc (if that's the one by brigand, can't remember) has vendors at the very back (south area). Has quest-givers, an arcanist, and Maybe a healer.

Heartwood has elfin vendors.

There are monsters in the Sanctuary but I can't recall at the moment what monsters are there.

OSI heartwood is BS in my opinion all you will find there is a billion get 10 of these or make 20 of those or kill a few of these quests. There are only a hand full of actual useful quests offered in heartwood the rest are crafting quests or quests to kill monsters for a bag of random junk.

My suggestion is to spawn it as any other town only with elves when you are ready to add the spellweaving quest chain and other quests of actual importance do it there and it will be 100 times better than OSI because at least you won't have 200 crap quests to dig through to find the NPC with the quest you needed.

Before I forget lol the sanctuary has TONS of monsters but the very end of the area where the wall is you can cross the wall and monsters cannot follow or target you and in that area are a couple of elven NPCs maybe some are vendors I have no idea but one of those has a quest to kill 50 imps for the summon fiend spellweaving scroll that is the only way you can get the scroll.

ok, thought so...yeah i meant the grassy area, i just spawned vendors to match what was there, mage, baker, blacksmith, and i think a healer...im only following spawns from osi, my shard is definetly nothing like osi...i dont have any quests for either actually

does the arcane circle in heartwood link to the one in the sanctuary? and where is the teleporter in yew? i know its by the elven podium thing....

Put your teleporter to Heartwood in the middle of that green area in Yew.

The arcane circle doesn't take you anywhere. Not yet anyway. Maybe OSI has future plans for that. Right now it's just decoration.
