A Coneccion problem - RunUO

Well,
im having a little problem with my WS, when someone put my ip adress on razor it goes in the first conneccion menu, then it fails on the CONNECTING, before the character menu....
does someone has any idea why??
(i already tried the firewalls)

this should be in server support or razor support (3rd party sypport) areas

if you look through the server support, you wil find simular problems and suggestions on how to fix it
