razor trouble - RunUO

can someone maybe help me out here.
when i try to log onto uogamer hybrid i get as far as the log on screen
it freezes up on the verifying your account screen then it stops but when i change shards like uo divinity it logs me in with no problem can someone plz help me out with this problem .

reinstall razor ? I don't know I logged in fine check your verion weithe ror not you logged into other shards just get the newest version if you have newest reinsattl
