Messed up Install? - RunUO

Well I did not see a general support form so the issue is uo gateway related I think no sure. Anyway I downloaded the game last night off downloads.com. An I patched it today which took serveral hours while patching I did other programs surffing etc. Well after it patched now uog is saying I dont have any clients installed. Do I need to re run the patch or reinstall? What do you guys think is the deal?

UOGateway was abandoned by its creator and will not work with clients later than 5.0.6ish. I would recommend using ConnectUO instead of UOGateway.

I don't really know the whole story. The guy who wrote it disappeared off the face of the earth pretty much.

UOGateway worked for a while even though it was abandoned, but the changes in 5.0.6 broke it.

Kingdom Reborn is a totally new client for the official servers. We don't plan on supporting it on RunUO, so you need to get your hands on an older installation.

i have modans leg just kinda wondering if the new client is suppose to have better graphics etc all the general stuff in a nut shell
