Default Idea: 'Trick or Treat' script

I figured this should go here, since it's not an ACTUAL script, but rather an idea for it. If this should go in the script support section, then I do apologize.

One of my players had a neat idea for Halloween this year... which I think would be really neat. Since I have NO IDEA how to script something like this, I figured I would throw out the idea and see maybe if someone was interested in messing with it.. or attempting it...

You craft a random NPC (name, title, etc.) that you can place several of in different places for October 31st. (It would have to be in regions that are not guarded.) Buc's den comes to mind..

Players can then approach the NPC and say the words: "Trick or Treat" to the NPC. The NPC will then have a very small chance to actually give the player a reward (maybe some gold, or a rare token, maybe a Holloween item, etc.) but a larger chance to play a 'trick' on them and spawn monsters, poison them, etc.

Just an idea they thought would be fun for something on Halloween to do for the shards.

The "treat" part is coded, but not the "trick" part. I like nadious' idea slightly sadistic idea of spawning monsters...
