Backpack background color (client?) - RunUO

Wasnt sure where to ask this since I thought it was a client side issue.

Does anyone kow how to change your characters backpack background color? Is that a client side alteration? Im wanting to lighten the background color so that I can see dark black items.

It is indeed client-side
Check this site: UO-Desktop
You will need to find a way to import that into gumpart.mul or some other client files, because verdata.mul is no longer supported by newer (>4.0.0) clients

They have a description up for importing their desktops partially, and there you can see how to import desktop into gumpart.mul rather than verdata.mul

Basically, you need to find a MUL editor. (search on these boards, there's one here that works pretty well)
Then you export the backpack file to a .bmp format, edit it out, and import it again.

Pretty simple

If you don't manage to find the mul editor yourself or you're having trouble finding the backpack file, feel free to PM me, i'll help you out.
