I am searching somebody who can make me some nice art of a carriage (closed simple waggon) that I can use as a mean of transportation.

Or do you know some art website where i could find something like that?

You will need animation for it, if you intend to have it really moving inside the world. But I think you already know that

Anyhow, there are art communities where you may find an artist willing to work on your task:

Or you may google for something pre-made in 3d and then just render it so it fits isometrical view of UO:

And last but not least, you can hire a freelance artist from one of the many freelance sites over the net. Here's a list of some of them:

Haven't done anything related to animation yet. I've just been involved in several web-browser game development projects, so I just know where to look for right people
